Iron Colt Residences

This project was an Alpine-inspired four-storey contemporary development,  nestled into the hillside, once a silver mine, with stunning views towards the Monashee Mountains range.

A collection of 16 condos, offering one, two, and three bedroom condos ranging from 1190 to 2045 square feet that back onto Rossland’s picturesque network of trails in the upscale Iron Colt neighbourhood. The contemporary elevations were reflected in clean simple lines of wood, corrugated metal decks and balconies, and vibrantly coloured metal panels.
